RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after your order is marked delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened tarot and oracle decks cannot be returned or refunded. Once a deck has been opened, unwrapped, handled, or removed from its seal, it can no longer be resold as new.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

US RETURNS

If your return is accepted and you are based in the United States, we can provide a USPS return label. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be sent through USPS only. Please do not use UPS.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To start a return, please contact us at info@erethereal.com.
If your return is accepted and you are based outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees and accurate customs labeling.
International returns must be sent through your national postal service, such as Canada Post, USPS, Royal Mail, etc. Please do not use UPS, FedEx, or DHL, as additional customs or brokerage fees may be charged.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Approved returns must be shipped out within 12 days of return approval. If you need more time, please contact us before the deadline.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost paid by us may be deducted from your refund.
Approved returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee helps cover inspection, handling, payment processing costs, and inventory processing.
Restocking fees do not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Any customs fees, brokerage fees, or duties charged to our account on returned packages will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure your return is clearly marked as a return with “return/no sale value” listed on the customs form.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened tarot and oracle decks
- Second Chance decks
- Sale section items
- Apothecary items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- The Library, including eBooks, books, masterclasses, and downloadable content
- Tarot sessions or readings of any kind
Visa/Mastercard gift cards and prepaid cards cannot always be refunded through our payment system. Please read all details of your prepaid card before purchasing, as we are not associated with any third-party prepaid card systems.
Price adjustments are not offered.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at info@erethereal.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that damage claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
INTERNATIONAL DAMAGES
For international shipments, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for any return postage fees, original shipping costs, and the cost of reshipping the order.
If you no longer wish to have the package reshipped, a refund for eligible goods may be issued minus original shipping costs, return postage fees, and any applicable customs or handling charges.
Untracked return packages are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is lost in transit and no tracking is provided, we may be unable to issue a refund.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
