Shipping policy

All shipment costs are displayed based on price or volume at checkout. All shipments are processed within 2-3 business days and handed to the shipping carrier on the following Monday or Thursday. We do not operate on weekends or statuatory holidays.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGE:

Our tarot and oracle decks are declared under the category of books, which means they generally should not incur additional customs duties in most countries (please verify with your local regulations).

  • Canada orders: Exempt from customs fees or duties.

  • U.S. orders: Any applicable duties are already included in the shipping cost at checkout for USPS labels. This excludes all orders placed with DHL Express which are subject to duties.

  • Other international orders: Items other than decks (such as cloths, prints, or accessories) may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as we are not notified in advance which shipments will be assessed.

Please note that we cannot guarantee whether or not customs fees will be charged upon receiving a package. We cannot assume responsibility for any fees charged and cannot refund them, as we are not notified about which shipments will be charged.

Shipments placed after 10AM PST on Thursdays shall be processed on the following Monday. Operations are from Monday to Friday 10AM to 4PM.

FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONS:

  • Free Shipping is currently only offered in select countries;
  • Certain thresholds must be met (changes may be applied based on current currency exchange rate);
  • Free shipping is not offered for our prints and frames due to their nature and fulfillment centres.

SHIPPING RATE DISCLAIMER:

While we strive to honor our listed shipping rates (including free shipping promotions), Erethereal reserves the right to adjust or void complimentary shipping in cases of extreme or unforeseen carrier rate increases, remote location surcharges, oversized item restrictions, or international delivery limitations.

If such a situation arises, we will always contact you before processing your order to provide options, including splitting additional shipping costs or receiving a full refund.

 PRE-ORDERS:

  • Pre-order shipping dates can be subject to change due to production issues, shipping delays, etc. Any delays will be noted on the listing for the pre-order item. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Orders including both pre-order items and ready-to-ship items will be sent together, once the pre-order is ready to be sent. We'd suggest to purchase pre-order items separately if you'd like to receive ready-to-ship items sooner.

  • Pre-order items will be shipped together, ie., if an order includes two pre-order items along with ready-to-ship items, the ready-to-ship items will be shipped once both are ready.

ERETHEREAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Third party companies such as National and International package services. 

  • Delayed, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Packages marked as 'delivered' but are claimed to be missing. 

  • Additional customs fees, taxes or additional charges by the receivers country.

THEFT PROTECTION:

If theft protection was purchased at checkout, stolen or missing packages are covered. In these cases, we will issue a refund or replacement in accordance with the coverage.
